研究领域

胎盘是妊娠过程中发挥重要作用的临时性内分泌器官,直接介导了母体与胎儿之间的“对话”。胎盘也是目前研究最不透彻的器官之一,由其异常发育以及功能失衡导致妊娠相关疾病发病的机制尚不明确。曹彬博士近十年来一直从事胎盘发育及功能调控的分子机制以及妊娠疾病发病机理研究,曾在CellJEMJCI InsightNatureNature ImmunologyCell Host& Microbe等权威学术杂志发表研究论文近二十篇。曾荣获SRI Laxmi Baxi Award2016)及2017 年度STAT Wunderkinds等多项国际学术奖励。实验室主要研究方向为:1)胎盘早期发育的细胞分子调控机制;2)致病微生物与宿主在母胎界面的相互作用及母胎传播机制;3)子痫前期及早产等重大妊娠疾病发病机理。
