研究领域(200~300字介绍):

从事分子影像学和乳腺癌的基础及临床研究。在分子影像方面:国内首创应用自主研发的光学分子影像手术导航系统进行乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检和手术切缘判定,同时致力于研究多模态分子影像技术应用于恶性肿瘤的外科手术导航,特别是乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检和外科手术切缘判定;建立基于创新药物为靶点的多模态分子影像平台并应用于抗癌药物疗效评价体系。在乳腺癌基础研究方面,阐明Notch3抑制乳腺癌发生、进展与转移的分子生物学机制。
