研究领域（200~300字介绍）：
主要从事乳腺癌中Slug与ERα表观遗传学的研究，首次发现在三阴型乳腺癌细胞株中，Slug的SNAG区可以招募赖氨酸特异性去甲基化酶1，促进了ERα组蛋白二甲基化H3K4（H3K4me2）的去甲基化，使染色质结构紧密，抑制ERα的转录；但是在ERα阳性的乳腺癌细胞株中，Slug虽然也可以转录下调ERα的表达，但是却与LSD1无关；进一步的研究发现在ERα阳性的乳腺癌细胞中，Slug可以招募DNMT3B和HDAC1，促进ERα的甲基化，从而抑制ERα的表达。
