研究领域(200~300字介绍):
主要从事乳腺癌中Slug与ERα表观遗传学的研究,首次发现在三阴型乳腺癌细胞株中,Slug的SNAG区可以招募赖氨酸特异性去甲基化酶1,促进了ERα组蛋白二甲基化H3K4(H3K4me2)的去甲基化,使染色质结构紧密,抑制ERα的转录;但是在ERα阳性的乳腺癌细胞株中,Slug虽然也可以转录下调ERα的表达,但是却与LSD1无关;进一步的研究发现在ERα阳性的乳腺癌细胞中,Slug可以招募DNMT3B和HDAC1,促进ERα的甲基化,从而抑制ERα的表达。
